GHD back extension

Lie face down on a glute ham raise machine.
The machine should be set so that your hips are free over the front of the pads when your legs are straight.
Begin by keeping your legs straight, your hips fully extended, and your hands positioned on the back of your head.
Your head and torso should be parallel to the ground.
Begin the movement by lowering your chest towards the ground.
Return to the starting position by squeezing your lower back, glute, and hamstring muscles.
Do not over extend at the top.
