Full weight shift with double hand support - anterior/posterior shift (adaptive - BKA)

Stand between the parallel bars with both hands on the bars.
Your feet are hip-width apart with one foot in front of the other.
Transfer your weight from one leg to the other and back, moving your trunk and pelvis forwards and backwards.
Switch legs and repeat.
