Frog jumps (Jumping forward, like a frog)
Stand up straight with your feet apart.
Squat down to the floor.
Place your hands on the floor between your feet.
Jump forwards and land with your hands and feet on the floor.
Try some big jumps and small jumps.
And try jumping in different directions all around the room.
