Forward step, Sideways Step (Balance)

Stand upright with both feet on the ground.
Take a step forward while maintaining an upright torso and stabilize.
Return to the starting position, but do not lower your foot.
Balance briefly, then take a step to the side while maintaining an upright torso and stabilize.
Return to the starting position, but do not lower your foot.
Repeat.
