Forearm supination and elbow flexion with an object

Sit with a piece of fruit, a ball or a sandbag placed in front of you.
Grip the object, turn the palm of the hand upwards and bring your hand towards your mouth (alternatively towards opposite shoulder, forehead or neck). Lower your arm.
