Forearm supination/pronation in supine in overhead position
Lie on your back with your elbow bent to 90 degrees and pointing towards the ceiling.
Support your upper arm with your other hand close to the elbow.
First, rotate your forearm to turn your palm upwards towards the ceiling.
Then rotate your forearm to turn your palm to face downwards.
Repeat whilst keeping your elbow in place.
