Forearm Pike with Scapula Push Up (Legs on the Bench)

Start with your toes on a bench with your knees and forearms on the floor.
Lengthen your spine through the sitting bones to the top of your head and push your sitting bones towards the ceiling.
Pressing through your forearms, push your sitting bones further towards the ceiling.
Return in a controlled manner.
