Flexi-Bar in Front (Core and Pelvic Floor Activation)

Stand straight. Place your hands gently around the center grip of a flexible bar. Tighten your pelvic floor muscles and gently pull your lower stomach in.

Keep the bar vertical and move it 'back and forwards' or 'up and down.' Do not use too much force.
