Flexbar twist and lift - shoulder flexion

Stand holding a Flexbar at both ends in front of you at chest height.
The hand you want to exercise should be at the top of the Flexbar and your other hand at the bottom.
Now gently twist the Flexbar outwards with the uppermost hand resisting the movement with your other hand.
Initiate the movement with a step forward with the leg on the same side as your upper hand.
While stepping, push the Flexbar upwards with your bottom hand, as far as comfortable.
Return to the starting position and repeat this sequence.
