First rib self mobilisation (First rib self mobilziation, with ball, sitting)

Sit up straight holding a small ball, such as a tennis ball, in the opposite hand to the side you want to work on.
Place the ball into the indent between your collar bone and the muscle along the top of your shoulder.
Relax the arm on this side and turn your head to look down at the floor on the same side.
Inhale a deep inhale.
As you exhale, press the ball down into this indent as firmly as you can tolerate.
Ensure your arm remains relaxed.
Repeat, taking a deep inhale, and applying the pressure with the ball on the long, steady exhale.
