Finger flexion and extension (grip release) (Finger flexion/extension AROM, palm up - opening/closing fist; 01, full fist)
Sit upright in front of a table.
Place your weaker arm onto the table with your elbow bent.
Squeeze your fingers into a ball to make a fist.
Then open your fingers and thumb as straight as possible.
Aim to keep your elbow, shoulder and body still during the exercise.
