Facial Nerve Slider (Cervical and Marginal Mandibular branches)

Start by tilting your head away and rotating the head to the side you are exercising while shifting the tongue to the side you are exercising.

Slide the chin, tilt to and rotate the head away from the side you are practicing while shifting the tongue away from the side you are practicing.

The exercise should be performed painlessly. The movements are only taken to the point where you begin to feel something.
