Eye-head vertical movement with 2 targets

Place 2 targets vertically on the wall at seated eye level.
Begin by sitting upright in a supportive chair in line with the targets.
With your head and gaze centered between the 2 targets, shift your gaze to the top target.
Then tilt your head up to meet your gaze.
Shift your gaze to the lower target, without moving your head.
Then tilt your head down to meet your gaze.
Return to the center.
Progress this exercise by repeating it in a standing position, with the targets at standing eye level.
You can also increase the speed of the exercise.
