Exercise Band Punch
Stand tall, holding an exercise band that is attached behind you at approximately chest level. Take the slack off the band.
Reach straight forward with your arm. Try reaching as far as possible by moving only your arm. Let your arm bend back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
