Elevated glute bridge - Amputee
Lie on your back.
Bend both knees and place your calves on an elevated surface such as a block or step.
Squeeze your glutes and lift your hips from the bed until your knees, hips and shoulders are all aligned.
Hold briefly and then return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
Required equipment: Step, Bench, Adjustable plinth/bed
