Elbow extension with weight - forearm in supination
Sit and hold a dumbbell in one hand.
Press the dumbbell up over your head and straighten your elbow.
Turn your arm so that your palm is facing backwards.
Bend your elbow and bring the dumbbell towards the back of the same side shoulder.
Straighten your arm back to the overhead position.
Required equipment: Chair, Weights, free, Dumbbell
