Elbow extension, forearm in supination

Lie on your back on your bed, as long as it is not too soft, or on the floor. Place a small rolled up towel under your upper arm, just above your elbow. With your palm facing upwards, straighten your elbow as much as you can. Do not let your shoulder come up off the bed very much. You can place your unaffected hand on your affected shoulder and push the shoulder down towards the bed.
