Eccentric wrist pronation with weight - version 2

Sit on a chair with your forearm resting on a table and your wrist off the table.
Hold onto a weight in your hand with your thumb facing upwards.
Rotate your wrist outwards and use the other hand to move your affected wrist back to the starting position, keeping your forearm in contact with the table.
Remove your other hand and then slowly turn your raised hand back outwards without support.
Make sure the movement is slow and controlled.
