Dynamic leg swing - on a wobble cushion

Stand on a wobble cushion or other unstable surface with your arms by your sides and elbows bent.
Lift one leg off the floor and slightly bend your supporting knee.
Control the position of your trunk as you start to swing your leg forward and backward.
Keep the swinging leg bent.
Let your arms follow the movement as if you were running.
Gradually increase the speed of your swinging leg.
