Dynamic Anterior Chain Stretch

Start by standing.

Take a long step forwards and lunge down with the back knee to feel a stretch in the front of the hip.

Reach upwards with the same side hand and with the other hand reaching towards the heel of the rear leg. Feel the stretch in the hip of the rear leg and your side muscles. Take a step back to starting position and repeat to the other side.

You can perform the stretch during exhale and return to starting position during inhale.
