Dumbbell lateral raise - straight arms

Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
Pull your shoulder blades back and down towards your buttocks.
With your elbows straight or slightly bent, lift your arms up out to the sides to shoulder level.
Lower the weights back down to the starting position and repeat.
