Stand with slightly bent knees while holding a dumbbell in one hand. Bend forwards from your hips and take support from a chair with the other hand. Keeping the arm aligned with your body, bend the elbow with the dumbbell pointing towards the floor. Lengthen and align your spine through the sitting bones to the top of your head.
Straighten your elbow while keeping your arm in place. Allow your elbow to bend back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
