Dumbbell bent-over reverse flye (Adaptive unilateral upper limb amputee)

Dumbbell bent-over reverse flye (Adaptive unilateral upper limb amputee)

Attach a dumbbell to your prosthetic limb and hold another weight in your other hand.
Consider using an adapted grip with your prosthetic or a wrist wrap to ensure the dumbbell is secure.
Stand with your feet wider than hip-width apart and knees slightly bent.
Lean your body forwards from your hips, keeping your back long and your gaze directly down.
Start with your arms hanging downwards in a neutral grip.
Keep your body still, and when ready, lift your arms directly up out to the side, with your elbows soft.
Control the movement as you lower your arms back down and repeat.

Required equipment: Weights, free, Dumbbell
