Dumbbell bench press with supinated grip (Adaptive unilateral upper limb amputee)

If you want to exercise your residual limb then attach a dumbbell and make sure it is securely fitted.
Consider using an adapted grip with your prosthetic or a wrist wrap to ensure the dumbbell is secure.
Lie on your back on a bench with your feet flat on the floor.
Hold the dumbbells at your shoulders.
Keep your feet on the floor, your hips and shoulders on the bench and arch your chest.
Press the dumbbells straight up toward the ceiling.
Lower the dumbbells, keeping your elbows narrow until your upper arms just break parallel to the bench.
