Cutting agility – change of direction – forwards shuffle and sprint ("COD (cutting)" Diag shuffle zigzag, facing fwd, cones 0-shape)

Place ten cones on the ground in front of you, equidistant apart, as shown in the diagram.
Stand next to cone one facing cone six.
When ready, shuffle in a forward direction to cone two then diagonally to cone nine, then cone four, then cone seven.
Finally, shuffle in a forward direction to cone six then spin and sprint back to cone one.
Repeat.
