Crunch - elbow to knee

Sit on the ground with your knees bent.
Bend your elbows forward.
When ready, tighten your abdominal muscles and perform a sit-up, bringing one elbow to its opposite knee.
Control the movement as you lower your elbow back down, and then repeat, bringing your other elbow to its opposite knee.
