Cross-legged knee hugs

Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor.
Cross one leg over the other.
Next, pull your knees towards your chest with your hands grasping on top of your knees.
Hold, and then return to the starting position.
Alternatively, you can place your hands behind your knees if you are able to reach.
