Cross body stretch lying (assisted) (Triceps stretch, cross body, with assist, supine)
Lie down on your back.
Ask your assistant to place your arm across your body so that your hand is just above your opposite shoulder.
Have your assistant gently stretch your arm across your body further by helping at your elbow.
Do not push into pain.
Hold this stretch.
Required equipment: Assistant, Adjustable plinth/bed
