Countermovement jump (arm swing) - shallow (Jumping, on the spot, into a shallow squat, with arm swing)

Stand up straight on a level surface with your feet shoulders width apart.
When ready, perform a shallow squat movement as you simultaneously draw your arms backward.
Then forcefully jump into the air as high as you can, using your arms to generate upward momentum.
Ensure you keep your legs straight when in the air and aim to land on the same spot as you started.
Bend at your knees upon landing to absorb the impact.
Return to the start position and repeat.
