Slowly scan your body from head to toes and let go the weight of each of your body parts to the ground.
Follow your breath and allow it flow smoothly and evenly.
Your therapist or partner kneels beside you and settles in silent presence.
The therapist places their open palms gently on the lower part of your chest.
Breathe evenly.
After a while the partner removes the touch.
In stillness, listen to the feeling after the touch, as if you were "melting".
After being in stillness for a while you can change roles or share your experience.
Listening to the touch can be explored after massage or movement.
