Cone step-over and slalom

Stand up straight facing a line of high cones or other objects.
Transfer your weight onto one leg, then step over the obstacle with the other.
Keeping your stance leg in the same position, push off your stepping leg to return to the starting position.
Continue over all cones.
Repeat, but stepping backwards over all cones.
Repeat, but box-stepping around each cone.
