Kneel in front of a stability ball.
Rest both of your hands up on the stability ball.
Turn your knees slightly out to the side to allow space for your pregnancy bump.
Sit your buttocks back onto your heels or as far as your can manage comfortably, while at the same time stretch your arms out in front of you.
Hold this position.
