Chest Flyes with Feet up

Lie on a bench with feet up on a support (low back is touching the bench). Alternatively, lay on a mat with feet on a chair. Holding a dumbbell in each hand, reach straight arms straight up with a soft bend in the elbows. With control, slowly lower arms out to the sides keeping palms facing forward. Bring arms back up in the same position.
Avoid arching back during the movement.
