Calf muscle stretching against wall - lateral area
Stand up straight facing the wall.
Step forward with the leg to be stretched and put your toes on the wall so that your ankle is in "V" shape.
Put both hands on the wall and slowly turn your hip towards the stretching leg.
Feel the stretch in the outer side of your calf.
Hold the position and return to the starting position.
