Cable Scapular Protraction (Pectoralis Major)

Start by standing with your back to the cable machine. The diagonal pulling direction is down from above. Hold both of your arms above your shoulders. Pull your arms down and forward so that they come together in front of your hips. At first your palms are pointing forward and then to your body.
Your elbows should be slightly bent through the entire exercise.
