Cable machine supine hip external rotation
Lay down face up to the side of a cable machine with your legs straight out in front of you.
Place the attachment around thigh of your outside leg.
Bend your knee up, with your foot flat on the floor.
Keeping your foot in contact with the floor, rotate your knee towards the ground against resistance.
Hold briefly and then return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
