Stand upright on a single leg.
Ensure the pulley is at its highest point with handles attached.
Grasp a handle in each hand and take control of the weight.
Maintain a good posture and pull the handles past your hips, keeping your arms straight throughout the movement.
Return to the start position in a controlled manner and repeat.
