Cable machine single arm pull-down - version 3

Ensure the pulley is at its highest point with a handle attached.
Grasp the handle with one hand.
Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width apart.
Face the cable machine and take control of the weight.
Maintain a good posture and pull the handle down, keeping your arm close to your body.
Finish with your arm parallel to your body and then return the weight to the starting position in a controlled manner.
