Cable Machine Low Row

Sit with your knees slightly bent on a cable machine. Attach a handle that allows you to pull with both hands.

Keep your back in neutral and bend forwards from your hips. Grasp the handle.
Whilst maintaining an upright position, pull the handle towards your stomach with elbows and arms close to your side.

Return slowly to the start position.
