Cable Machine Lat Pull Down (Version 2)

Ensure the pulley is at its highest point with the large bar attached.
Grasp the bar as wide as you can with both hands and take control of the weight.
Find a comfortable position facing the cable machine.
Maintain a good posture and pull the bar down in front of you, keeping your arms as wide as possible.
Finish the movement just below your chin, pause, and then allow the weight to return to the start position in a controlled manner.
