Cable machine cross-body pull, kneeling

Kneel on a box or bench to the side of a cable machine with the cable positioned down low.
Hold the handle of the machine in both hands.
Keep your back straight as you lower the handle down and across towards the outside of the hip nearest the cable attachment.
Keeping your back straight and your trunk stable, swing the cable diagonally up, back and out to the opposite side.
Movement should come from the shoulders with minimal rotation though the trunk.
Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
