Stand to the side of a cable machine with the cable positioned down low.
Hold the handle of the machine in the hand furthest from the machine.
Step your legs slightly wider than hips width and soften your knees.
Keep your back straight as you lower the handle down and across towards the outside of the hip nearest the cable attachment.
Swing the cable diagonally up, back and out to the opposite side.
Movement should come from the shoulder alone.
Slowly return to the starting position and then repeat.
