Cable Diagonal Shoulder Flexion (Deltoid)

Start in front of the cable machine with your feet staggered. The diagonal pulling direction is upwards from below. Hold both of your arms straight down behind your body. Pull your arms from behind you to over your head.
Make sure that your body is stabilized during the exercise by keeping your stomach tight.
