Bridge with leg extension - pelvic rotation

Lie on your back with both knees bent.
Flatten your lower back into the floor, then slowly lift your buttocks off the floor.
Once lifted off the floor, straighten one leg out so your thighs are level.
Twist your hips once in each direction, ensuring your maintain a good clearance from the floor.
Slowly return to the starting position.
