Bridge with ball squeeze - on inclined board
Lie on your back on an inclined board with your knees bent.
Take a ball and squeeze it between your knees.
Maintaining this squeeze throughout the entire exercise, lift your hips up keeping them level.
When ready, straight one of your knees lifting the foot off the ground.
Slowly lower the foot down and repeat with the other leg.
