Bridge Marching
Start by lying on your back with your legs bent and the feet flat on the floor hip-width apart. Arms can rest on the floor your sides. Flatten your lower back against the floor.
Lift your pelvis and straighten your hips. Hold the position and in turns start lifting your feet off the floor as if marching in place. Aim to keep your pelvis level and high.
