Brachial plexus neural glide (Brachial plexus neural glide, with cervical side bending, standing)
Sit or stand up straight.
Bend your arm on your affected side and hold it out to your side, palm facing the side of your head.
Simultaneously start to straighten your arm out to your side while tilting your head in the same direction.
As you return your arm to the bent position, simultaneously bring your head back to the center.
Continue this movement at a steady pace and even flow.
