Brachial Plexus, Shoulder Tensioner

Starting Position:
Lie on your back with your arm fairly straight and slightly abducted to the side.

Assistant / therapist manually moves the limb from shoulder depression to shoulder elevation. Keep the other joints still. Alternate between these two positions.

The technique should be painless.
The movements should only be taken to the point where the patient begins to feel something.

Required equipment: Adjustable plinth/bed
