Bodyweight squat to bench (Adaptive unilateral upper limb amputee)

Stand with a bench close behind you, feet-hip width apart, and your arms out in front of you for balance.
Squat down as if you were to sit on the bench, push back up to the starting position right before your buttocks touch the bench.
