Bodyweight shoulder horizontal flexion in forward lean (Wheelchair)

Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
When ready, use your arms to help support you in leaning forwards and hold onto the front frame of your wheelchair with your elbows bent out to your sides.
Your palms should rest against the front of your frame with your fingers pointing towards the floor.
Next, push through your hands to straighten your elbows and lift your body into an upright position.
Return to the start position, and repeat.
