Bodyweight curtsey lunge (Adaptive unilateral upper limb amputee)

Perform this exercise with or without your prosthetics.
Stand with your feet hip-width apart with the intention of your hands on your hips.
With one leg take a large step backward behind and across your other leg and squat down.
Try to squat down until your both knees are bent to 90 degrees.
Push back up to the starting position driving through your front hip.
Repeat with your other leg.
